Morning is My NightSeptember 27, 2007
So I’ve started getting up early, between 6:00 and 7:30, to give myself some free time before diving into the day’s work. I can hang out around the office, eat breakfast, play Mana-Khemia, and work on some side projects. Part of the reason I started doing this was because I missed the lazy, long evenings I spent before I got all responsible and busy. I missed the feeling of wondering, “Hmm, what should I do now?”
It’s going pretty well so far, but it remains to be seen whether it’ll enable me to get through my video game queue that spans a decade, finish Soft Landing, read all of the books on my shelf, code up all of my side projects, trim my OmniFocus database by 50%, and keep a journal again.
